What next for Team Estonia

My favourite thing about briefing was meeting together as a team once more. We have grown in morale, strength and our ability to support one another. We have learnt one another's strengths and weaknesses and are beginning to use those to develop a cohesive structure and plan

So what is our plan?

Following second briefing, each individual member of our team needs to finish fundraising towards the project. We have events to run, goods to sell, and challenge badges to promote! There are fundraising targets every month between now and project, so we need everyone's support. 

Our project in Estonia runs from 4 - 24 July, so that leaves just over two months to finalise the details. Charlotte has been working with the Estonian Guide Association developing the overall framework for the project, and in the next two months we will be writing project material to deliver. We  also need to collect resources to support delivery in country. 

We will have phone conferences, and a third briefing weekend all together in mid-June to finalise the delivery plan.
